GENERAL POSTING RULES and POLICIES on

wafagu.com – Namibia’s #1 Free Classified Marketplace!

wafagu.com is a purely Namibian initiative designed in response to a need for a one stop, all-in-one classified and smalls noticeboard and community site.

The main objective of wafagu.com is to connect people who want to sell, swop, and buy something, or simply announce events and happenings, for free.

At wafagu.com we want to make sure that the site is as clean, friendly and usable as possible for everyone. Therefore, you are solely responsible for all information that you submit to wafagu.com and any consequences that may result from your post. We reserve the right at our discretion to refuse or delete content that we believe is inappropriate, against the law or breaching our terms of use. We also reserve the right at our discretion to restrict a user's usage of the site either temporarily or permanently, or refuse a user's registration.

General reasons for ad removal or ads being placed on hold

  1. Against policy
  2. Offering postage- wafagu.com should only be used in face to face local transactions - Ads should be posted onto your local site
  3. Duplicate of another ad posted by you
  4. Posted under wrong category (You must choose the single most relevant category for your ad)
  5. We only accept ads in English (Foreign translation may be included below if appropriate)
  6. No website links to other property / job / classified or auction sites
  7. Not descriptive enough (Ads that do not provide enough detail will be removed as this makes for a bad browsing experience)
  8. Appears to be a copy of another ad posted on wafagu.com (You should not copy other user ads, you ad must be your own original)
  9. Inappropriate language
  10. Inappropriate photo / image
  11. Discriminatory on race / religion / nationality/ culture
  12. Selling body parts / bodily fluids, adoption or surrogacy anywhere on the site

wafagu.com is a free Namibian Community Marketplace for all smalls and classifieds ads, and will remain so. We have however made special provision for established Namibian corporates or businesses to use the featured or premium advertising spots at a fee.
